Thoroughly Conscious Ignorance

This is absolutely right. The thrill of contemplating everything we can learn. Yes, I love to learn what is known, but it inspires me to realize that everything we learn means there's more to explore.
Or, to quote a less 'technical' source, "The world is so full of a number of things / I'm sure we should all be as happy as kings."
